Pam Ballinger, CMP
Vice President of Meetings and Exhibits
As Vice President of Meetings, Pam Ballinger oversees the entire meetings, exhibits, and registration department at AH. Pam directly manages two large meetings, the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases and the American Transplant Congress, a joint meeting of the American Society of Transplantation and the American Society of Transplant Surgeons, each with a budget of more than $2 million. Additionally, she manages special project meetings, including the 41st Congress of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, September 2008; the International Symposium on Viral Hepatitis and Liver Disease, March 2009; and the International Symposium on Atherosclerosis, June 2009.
Pam has 22 years of meeting management experience. Before joining AH, Pam worked for Slack Incorporated and J.B. Lippincott Company. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maine.
